“Jeunes Artistes des Beaux-Arts du Liban” Celebrates its 10th edition from 8 to 10 May 2014, from 4:00 PM till 9:00 PM From 8 to 10 May 2014, JABAL Exhibition “Jeunes Artistes des Beaux-Arts du Liban” organized by Fransabank, will present over thirty young Lebanese artists or talents residing in Lebanon. The exhibition will feature for 4 days paintings, sculptures and photographies open to the public, representing the artistic trends of this new generation.
This year JABAL will celebrate its 10th edition!
JABAL Exhibition is an event that has managed for about 10 years to wager on quality and is today an indis-
pensable place to discover the young artists of Lebanon.

Every year, more than a hundred artists apply to exhibit at JABAL’s event and only 30 out of all candidates are retained by the artistic committee of the Exhibition. The objective of this initiative is to introduce to the public, during an annual exhibition, the potential of these young artists selected by professionals.
JABAL is mainly about the access to contemporary creation in Lebanon that promotes tomorrow’s artists. It is a process for art lovers and collectors to discover hidden talents and select artwork at affordable prices. The public will hence have the possibility to follow the evolution of the chosen artist!
The number of visitors is significantly increasing with every edition of JABAL. In 2013, the exhibition brought Since its inception in 1998, around 70% of the exhibited artwork was sold out and 30% of the displaying artists are contacted by galleries. Moreover, a significant number of these artists exhibit today in galleries across Lebanon, UAE and even in Europe and Asia.
