The area of historical centre of the city, which is an important administrative centre, has been in a constant reconstruction and land development
changes not always in a coordinated and aimed manner at obtaining well-composed and coherent urban planning and architecture unit. The desire
and aspiration of residents, represented by the municipality is obtaining a well-functioning and attractive city centre – both friendly to the residents and for visitors. In this perspective view to seeking the best solutions and inspiration, also the unique and innovative States, it was decided to organize a competition of this best-optimal route to obtain the future image of the centre which may be pride and glory of the city.
